Chandra Spary-Kontinos is Co-Founder and Managing Member of eGuarded, LLC.. With over 35 years in the printing, publishing, software, finance and merchant service industry, Chandra consults regularly with executives from a variety of fields to find the best solution for their business. As the driving force behind eGuarded, LLC., she has put together a team of professionals with over 100 years of security and banking experience that focus on keeping up with this ever-changing world of software and technology. Chandra’s qualifications and achievements include being the Chair of “Card System Cares” disaster relief fund, First Data Advisory Board, Member of the Electronic Transaction Association, member of numerous local Chamber of Commerce Associations, past member of Riverside Bank Board and currently a Dress For Success Board member. Chandra proudly supports Lee Memorial Health System and The Golisano Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Chandra is also the CEO of Card Systems, Inc., specializing in secure payments with business solutions to grow through automation and technology.

Thomas Kontinos served 27 years in law enforcement and has over 10 years of private investigations experience. During this period, he was a Deputy Sheriff for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office achieving a number of promotions, one of which was being assigned to a newly created Major Crimes Unit. It was during this assignment that he was assigned to a Federal Task Force to investigate the murder of a DEA informant and the first bombing of a DEA office in the U.S., and was later dramatized in the television show The FBI Files -Deadly Threat. He later joined the State Attorney’s Office as the Special Investigator Assistant to the State Attorney. After retiring from law enforcement, he joined a Fort Myers law firm investigating medical malpractice cases, product liability cases and wrongful death cases. Mr. Kontinos and his wife, Chandra Spary-Kontinos own and operate eGuarded, LLC, specializing in background investigations and security consultation. He is passionate about providing both individuals and businesses with his resources and knowledge when it comes to being prepared and staying protected. Thomas is a Florida licensed private investigator and holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Hodges University.
