An employee’s driving record, whether they drive as a major or minor part of their job, is a primary concern for employers. Motor vehicle records detail patterns of recklessness, drug and alcohol offenses, accidents and rule-breaking behavior. A single driving incident on company time can be a disaster, especially for small businesses.
